seafood, ice cream, etc. It is equipped with 120-200mm PU
insulation panels, Bitzer/Copeland/Danfoss condensing unit, sliding
door. Keep your food maintain -25℃~10℃ for CA fresh keeping.

Auto Roll-milling Forming
Full sets of imported equipments guarantee the precision of the
dimensions of PU cold storage panels. The length, width and
thickness of the panels are adjustable. The density, hardness and
cubic content of PU hard bubbles inside are evenly distributed.
Super Physicochemical Characteristics
Various thicknesses of PU hard bubble groups effectively avoid the
defects of other types of PU cold storage panels, such as holes or
cracks. And it makes the cold storage panels excellent in many
physicochemical characteristics such as heat preservation, thermal
shield, inflaming retarding, water proof, screening and so on.
Safety and Fireproofing
The plus materials and core materials of PU cold storage panels are
non-combustible or nonflammable materials, which meet the
requirements for the standards of safety and fireproofing.
Types of materials for Cold Storage Panel
Divided according to base metals:
Color coating steel plate, resin steel plate, aluminum plate,
stainless steel plate, etc..
The upper and lower surface are respectively painted twice and
baked twice, which is good for anti-corrosion, scratch resistance
and machine shaping, as well as resistance to acid, alkali and oil.
The application temperature is -50C to +70C.
Divided according to painting materials:
polyester varnish, silicone modified polyester varnish, PVDF,
high-durability polyester, etc..
